How do I send photos to get printed?
Sign up with your phone number and we'll text you back. From there, just text us your photos over RCS. There are no apps to install. RCS is the messaging built into your phone.
Will my phone work?
We currently support RCS only (not MMS), and the service is available in the United States and Canada. Most modern Android phones and iPhones support RCS, but not every carrier has rolled out RCS support yet. If your carrier doesn't support RCS, your photos won't reach us. Standard carrier messaging charges may apply depending on your plan.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping to the US & Canada — it's included in every price you see. Need it faster? Express and Overnight upgrades are available on select products — your cart shows the options offered for your specific order.
How fast will I get my order?
Free shipping to the US & Canada is included in every price you see. Standard delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. Delivery times vary by product, with mugs usually arriving in 7–12 business days and photo books and calendars in 10–12 business days. Need it faster? Express and Overnight shipping may be available at checkout. We charge only the actual carrier cost, with no hidden markup. Available options are shown automatically based on your order and shipping address.
What can I order?
Photo prints (4×6, 5×7, and 8×10 in Standard, Premium, or Fine Art finishes), photo books (softcover & hardcover), wall calendars (13 photos: cover plus each month), and 11oz ceramic mugs. Pick your product at checkout after you text us your photos.
What photo formats do you accept?
JPEG, PNG, and HEIC work out of the box. That covers virtually every smartphone photo. We also handle WEBP, TIFF, and BMP. For best results, keep your phone camera on its highest quality setting and send the original photo (not a screenshot).
How much does it cost?
Every order starts at $20, with free shipping to the US & Canada — no codes, no pack math. Prices are in your local currency (USD or CAD), no conversion. What that $20 gets you depends on size and finish, then it's a low rate per extra print: • Standard 4×6 — 30 prints, then 50¢ each • Standard 5×7 — 15 prints, then 95¢ each • Standard 8×10 — 4 prints, then $3.75 each • Premium 4×6 — 10 prints, then 95¢ each • Fine-art 4×6 — 1 print, then $13 each The full per-size, per-tier breakdown is on the How It Works page. On your first order, your first 40 Standard 4×6 prints are just $20, with free shipping included. Mugs, photo books, calendars, and canvas are priced per item (from about $24, $19, $21, and $48). Exact pricing always shows in your cart before you pay.
How does the referral program work?
After your first order, you get a unique referral link. Share your link with friends. When they order, you'll both get 10 free 4×6 prints*, valid for 30 days. (*Standard 4×6 prints.)
What if I'm not happy with my prints?
We back every order. If you're not happy with the quality, contact us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund. Your choice.
Can I send prints to multiple addresses?
Not yet through self-serve. If you need split shipping, text us your request after placing your order and we'll sort it out.
How long does production take?
We start producing the moment payment confirms. Prints and most products ship within 24–48 hours; books and calendars take a little longer because of the binding process. You'll get a tracking link by text as soon as your package leaves the press.
