By using Pics.Direct, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

Pics.Direct allows users in the United States and Canada to send photos via supported RCS messaging services, place orders through our checkout system, and receive printed photos shipped with free shipping to the United States and Canada.

RCS messaging compatibility depends on your mobile carrier, device, and region. Pics.Direct may not work on all carriers or devices.

SMS/RCS Messaging Program

Program Description

Pics.Direct uses SMS/RCS messaging to help you create photo print orders and receive transactional updates related to your orders.

These messages may include:

  • Order confirmations
  • Payment links and payment updates
  • Shipping notifications
  • Delivery updates
  • Customer support responses

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and orders.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages without separate consent where required.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of messages at any time by replying:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT

You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive transactional SMS/RCS messages from Pics.Direct unless you opt back in.

To resume messages, reply START or place a new order through our website.

Messaging Disclosures

  • Pics.Direct currently supports eligible users in the United States and Canada
  • RCS messaging compatibility depends on carrier and device support
  • Not all mobile carriers or devices are supported
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed by carriers or network providers
  • Carrier participation and RCS availability may vary by region and device

Privacy

Your use of Pics.Direct is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

By using Pics.Direct, you agree that you will:

  • Only upload photos that you own or have permission to print
  • Not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content
  • Provide accurate shipping and contact information
  • Not use the service for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity
  • Pay for all orders placed through the service

You retain ownership of the photos you submit. You grant Pics.Direct and its service providers permission to process, print, and ship your photos solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse of the platform.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prints include a set number at one flat price, with a per-print rate beyond that; other products are priced per item. Current pricing is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay, in your local currency (USD or CAD).
  • Prices vary by shipping destination; the exact total for your destination is shown before payment.
  • Free standard shipping is included on every order.
  • Optional upgraded shipping services may be available for additional fees
  • Promo codes, referral credits, and discounts may be subject to expiration dates, redemption limits, or minimum order requirements
  • Payment is required before printing begins
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

Prices and shipping options may change at any time without notice.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on destination, shipping provider delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Photo print quality depends on the quality and resolution of the uploaded images.

Refunds & Reprints

If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

At our discretion, we may provide a reprint, store credit, or refund for verified issues related to print quality or fulfillment errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pics.Direct and Davecap Ventures are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
